Stand Up Paddle (SUP) Lessons Level I
Initiation
The classes take place in a ratio of up to 6 students per teacher, these students being of the same class level. The boards used are suitable for each of the students and the use of a flotation vest is compulsory.
All classes can be held in Private (1: 1), Semi-Private (1: 2) or Group (1: 5). Check out all the options and prices to choose the best option and location for your class.
To whom it is intended: Students from the 7 years of age with mastery of the technique of swimming.
What you will learn:

Know all the equipment to use and its various types (suit, board, paddle, and leash);

Safety rules in water;

Assess the conditions for safe practice in calm waters (no surfing);

Mastery of the basic techniques of entry into the water, positioning in the board and its various types, basic rowing technique and mastery of correct posture during the effort.

Stand Up Paddle (SUP) Lessons Level II
Progression
Classes of technical improvement and accomplishment of the first maneuvers in calm waters with planks of all around. Introduction to rowing and positioning techniques in various types of surfboards and water types (surf, open sea or calm waters).
All classes can be held in Private (1: 1), Semi-Private (1: 2) or Group (1: 5). Check out all the options and prices to choose the best option and location for your class.
To whom it is intended: Students from the 7 years of age with mastery of the technique of swimming and that have already successfully completed all the techniques of level 1.
What you will learn:

Specific techniques of linear paddling and rapid change of direction;

Positioning on the board in rapid direction changes;

How to perform a linear row sprint to get into the wave or have an efficient Race board start;

Specific techniques of race, wave or all around paddling through the preferred style.

Advanced
Courses of technical improvement of level ll bases in calm waters or in conditions of the sea with small wave surfacing. Classes dedicated to all styles of boards and modalities of SUP.

To whom it is intended: Students from the age of 7 years with mastery of the swimming technique and who have already successfully completed all level ll techniques.
What you will learn:

Wave priority rules and safety rules in the critical surf zone;

Overtaking the critical surf zone to the outside;

How to select the wave and position to enter the wave before it burst;

Learning and improvement of various rowing techniques in the open sea situation and downwind (wind from the back);

How to conduct a regular training plan and improve physical fitness;
